15-Month Warranty — Eligible Models Only
A 15-month warranty is offered only on eligible models. Warranty eligibility, coverage and applicable conditions must be checked for the specific model and purchase. Not every DenAku product carries a 15-month warranty.
Lifetime Free Service — Labor After Warranty
Lifetime Free Service means free service labor after the applicable warranty period, subject to service assessment and applicable terms. It does not mean that every repair, part or cleaning service is free.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts are chargeable when required, as applicable. Any proposed replacement and associated charges should be confirmed before work proceeds.
Dirt-Related Cleaning
Cleaning made necessary by dirt or dust buildup may be chargeable, as applicable. Ask DenAku Care for the service assessment and possible costs.

For accurate warranty and service information, provide your exact model number and proof of purchase to DenAku Care. Availability, eligibility, and applicable charges are confirmed per case.
